Perishable and non-perishable definitions-Home EC

Perishable
  • Foods that unless stored correctly will go bad quickly
Non- perishable
  • Foods that do not rapidly go rancid
And generally three storage spaces in which our food is kept
  • Fridge
  • Freezer
  • Cupboard
