Wardah and I's Chicken Curry-(FOR TWO PEOPLE)

INGREDIENTS

1 can of chopped tomatoes

1/2 red onion

1 clove of garlic

1/2 T of ginger

1/4 Cup of cream

1/4 tsp of turmeric

1/4 tsp of mixed spices

1 T of oil

1 1/2 cups of rice

200g of boneless chicken

1 cup of water

METHOD

1.Put the pan on the stove on a low heat.

2.Pour in oil and wait for it to warm up.

3.When it's warm cook the onion until golden brown.

4.Add garlic, ginger, turmeric and mixed spice and mix together.

5.Add the chicken and stir for 5 minutes.

6.Add in tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.

7.Put in cream and water and wait for it to boil. When it starts boiling it's ready to eat.

Observing Convection currents-Science-14/9/18

AIM:To observe a convection in a liquid
EQUIPMENT: 200mL beaker, tweezers, potassium permaganate ice cube with wire attached, Bunsen burner, tripod, heat mat, straw, gauze mat.
STEP 1: Set up a Bunsen burner on a heatproof mat. Put the gauze mat on the tripod but leave it to one side of the Bunsen
STEP 2:Fill a 200mL beaker with 150mL of cold water.
STEP 3:Place the beaker on top of the tripod and allow it to settle for a few minutes.
STEP 4:Carefully insert a straw down one side of the beaker, make sure it is touching the bottom. Do not disturb the water too much.
STEP 5:Using tweezers, drop a crystal in the straw. Wait for the crystal to settle at the bottom.
STEP 6:Remove the straw.
STEP 7: Light the Bunsen and move the tripod over. Observe.

Hornby High Heist-Art-27/8/18

My task in Art is to pretend like my lino-cut has been stolen and I have to describe it to you all.

DESCRIPTION

It is a selfie lino-cut print of myself, it is a full face print of me facing forwards. I am wearing my hair out. I was smiling and you would've been able to see my teeth but I didn't cut them I just cut out a big oval in instead. The filter I used made it look like is was wearing glasses and I had circular ears. The print is the size of an A4 piece of paper. My head takes up most of the middle of the paper. On the top half of the background it has black and white stripes and on the bottom half it is just plain white. I cut around the outside of everything and I used cross-hatching around my eyes and in my hair.

ANALYSIS
In my print it looks as it is half black and half white. But overall there is more black because my hair and face are black.
