What I learnt about Japan:I have learnt that they used to ferment their fish and rice, that they like to make their dishes look very nice and pretty.
How does the presentation from the Japanese compare to how NZ present it:The presentation is different to NZ because they put different things on different plates and we put all of the food on one plate each, we don't care how it looks and they care very much about the presentation.
Questions for the readers to answer:
1) What sort of rice do they use to make sushi?
2) How do they ferment the rice?
3) What are 3 types of rice used in Japan?
