Evaluation for our burger design-Home Economics-20/11/18

What worked?
Our idea was smart and good. We experimented with ingredients and flavours.

What needed changing?
The whole patty, flavour and everything.

Where was the flavour coming from?
The patty because of all of the seasonings, The sweet chilli sauce.

What offered texture?
Brioche bun when it was toasted, iceberg lettuce to add crunch.
